Did you know that all WaxWorx cables come with a lifetime warranty?

Well they do! If for some reason any of our Custom WaxWorx cables fail, do to a faulty solder connection, just send it to us, or drop it off at our assembly plant and we will either fix it or replace it free of charge. If a connector breaks or fails from normal use it will be replaced for the price of the connector, labor is free.

 

Whats not covered.

Crushed cable or crushed ends

Examples:

Run over by a Mac Truck.

Your drummer sits his fat ass on his drum throne, and the throne leg is on the cable and pinches it. (Sorry if we offend anyone of you "fat asses" but you know who you are!)

 

Stretched or torn cables

Examples:

If you and your friend play tug of war with your cables

You tow your car using your cable.

You make a sex swing with your cables.( Not covered but please send us pictures!)

 

Sliced, cut or chewed cables

Examples:

If you try to alter the size yourself with your swiss army knife. (remember, we will make you any size you want! just sayin!)

Your best friend Lucky, your dog with one eye and 3 legs makes it his chew toy.

 

Rust on any portion of the cable or connector

Examples:

Your 3 year old takes your cables in the bath with them to keep rubber ducky company.

Your fishing buddy thinks the color of the cables will be great for attracting fish.
